• Call Evaluation and Technician Matching: Skillfully assess incoming customer calls to identify urgency and requirements. Assign the most appropriate technician to each job ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
• Communication Excellence: Serve as a vital link between customers and field technicians. Provide detailed and accurate job information to technicians to facilitate effective service delivery.
• Quality Control: Monitor service calls and provide feedback to ensure adherence to our high standards.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training opportunities with Nexstar to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
• Customer Interaction: Keep customers informed about technician progress. Handle payment collection calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.

Qualifications:
