Plumber

Qualifications:
  • Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
  • Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, etc.
  • Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
  • Obeying health and safety codes at all times.
  • Performing inspections and providing advice to homeowners.
  • Selecting the most cost-effective, quality products for installation and repair.
  • Working alongside electricians, construction workers, and other professionals.
  • Providing time and cost estimates beforehand.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, especially when a job is taking longer than expected.
  • Being polite and respectful of clients and their homes at all times.

HVAC Service Technician

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years experience as an HVAC Service Technician required.
  • Proficient working with and around electricity.
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting HVAC-related problems.
  • EPA Certification or willingness to attain EPA Card.
  • Must be able to bend, lift, carry, crawl, stoop, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull and use hands frequently.
  • Ability to show up for work on time, every day, with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Maintains a neat and professional personal appearance.
  • Possesses the ability to make informed decisions while always taking the customer's concerns into consideration.
  • Must possess a valid Tennessee Driver License.
  • Must submit to and pass a background check and drug test.

  • Quality Control: Monitor service calls and provide feedback to ensure adherence to our high standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training opportunities with Nexstar to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Interaction: Keep customers informed about technician progress. Handle payment collection calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
