He covered the area with two layers of "Luan" plywood, and the floor is nice and flat now. He cleaned up the dust from the work. It was a clean neat job and I'm very pleased.Bill BryanJason came out for my seasonal checkup and found my AC unit was not operating properly but could not diagnose the exact cause. He enlisted additional help from the area supervisor. Between Jason and John, they determined my problem to be an intermittent wire to wire short in my thermostat cable that prevented my AC from operating correctly and had damaged my thermostat. They replaced the thermostat and eliminated the short circuit. Now my 2-stage AC is operating properly and I am very pleased.return duct as a result of some other Crawlspace work. Great job. When I called to make an appointment, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in getting an appointment booked as quickly as possible. Every technician is professional and helpful in explaining whatever needs to be done. From start to finish these guys are great! I had John complete the spring maintenance of my furnace and AC system today. He did a great job! He took photos of everything he maintained, explained everything he did, and offered reasonable fixes to keep my units running longer. I couldn’t be happier with this company! He was knowledgeable about our split units and did an efficient job in cleaning them. He was able to explain things in an easy to understand way. He was considerate in asking how each unit was set beforehand. He’s the first tech we’ve had to do that. They typically leave each unit blowing full blast on whatever setting they were using for their final test of the system. Him asking and taking care of that meant a lot. Chaffee has changed their maintenance plan, since I had established my plan - but worked with me to honor my current plan and presented me with a cost effect membership plan moving forward. Chaffee Air’s response to my air conditioning issue was to provide a technician on the same day. Luka was a polite and professional technician. He was efficient, diligent, and effective when problem solving. Luka explained the problem, repaired the problem, implemented a solution to prevent future issues, and explained the steps he took to solve the problem. I will definitely use Chaffee Air for future services.
Craig came out to do yearly maintenance on our unit. He was really nice, polite, and gave me all the information I needed regarding our unit. We’ve had the unit for 2 years, and so far it’s worked perfectly. Very pleased with this company!

We worked with the Chaffee team on a mini split install in 2018 and were happy to work with them to install a new Trane system. Duncan and Roger did the install yesterday – they were a great team and worked methodically throughout the day to do a perfect install.
