Chaffee response to my air conditioning issue was to provide a technician on the same day. Luka was a polite and professional technician. He was efficient, diligent, and effective when problem solving. Luka explained the problem, repaired the problem, implemented a solution to prevent future issues, and explained the steps he took to solve the problem.
