This morning it's 17 degrees and toasty warm. I always appreciate prompt service. 1-24-25 Devin determined reason for thermostat shut off issue.  Efficient and quick service. 11-18-24 Eric did an excellent job. Installation of new HVAC system and thermostat. Excellent work, communication and clean up.  I trust chaffee HVAC, Plumbing and Electric. 10-25-24 Jonathan is an exceptional problem solver.  He investigated my new unit inside and out to determine possible causes for problem. It is great to work with a technician you can trust to help you find a solution. 5-13-24 Technician came to replace a part on self-contained heat and air unit.  Conducted maintenance and cleaning, resolved ant issue, adjusted vents and tested thermostat.  Very pleased and appreciate his service. Today was my first maintenance visit from Chaffee Air.  Sean was thorough in checking condition and maintenance on my heating systems and very informative in helping me understand how the two systems operate.   I appreciate getting to know a company I like and can trust for maintenance and problem issues.   Service on the AC units is automatically set up for spring giving me less to keep up with. 10/9/23 Problem with heat system turning on. Prompt response. Two problems found.  Efficient, great trouble-shooting, great service technicians. 8/22/25 I used chaffee plumbing for a faucet and toilet repair. Jeffrey was polite and very efficient and repaired both issues easily.

From the sales staff, office staff and especially the installers, everyone was highly professional and very courteous. I highly recommend Chaffee!!

Chaffee response to my air conditioning issue was to provide a technician on the same day. Luka was a polite and professional technician. He was efficient, diligent, and effective when problem solving. Luka explained the problem, repaired the problem, implemented a solution to prevent future issues, and explained the steps he took to solve the problem. I will definitely use Chaffee for future services.
