Chaffee Air’s response to my air conditioning issue was to provide a technician on the same day. Luka was a polite and professional technician. He was efficient, diligent, and effective when problem solving. Luka explained the problem, repaired the problem, implemented a solution to prevent future issues, and explained the steps he took to solve the problem. I will definitely use Chaffee Air for future services.
Craig came out to do yearly maintenance on our unit. He was really nice, polite, and gave me all the information I needed regarding our unit. We’ve had the unit for 2 years, and so far it’s worked perfectly. Very pleased with this company!

We worked with the Chaffee team on a mini split install in 2018 and were happy to work with them to install a new Trane system. Duncan and Roger did the install yesterday – they were a great team and worked methodically throughout the day to do a perfect install. The new system is working perfectly- a vast improvement over our old system.”
